Shipping Information

  • Free Shipping on Orders over $30 applies to orders      shipping within the United States via USPS. 
  • Orders placed online will be uploaded to our warehouse      for fulfillment at midnight each day. Your order (if placed before      midnight) will ship from our Amelia Island warehouse within 2 business      days and will ship via USPS service, depending on the size and weight of      your order and the shipping address you’ve provided. Tracking information      will be added to your online order once it leaves our warehouse and can be      tracked via the USPS.  Typical transit time for orders shipped via USPS      is 3-5 days.
  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday with the      exception of USA federal holidays.
  • International orders will ship via USPS and can take up      to 14 days to arrive.

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges

We hope you love every Caribbean Breeze product, but we understand that everyone’s taste is a little different.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot process returns or exchanges on our sun care products, unless the wrong item was shipped or the item is faulty.  In order to process a replacement for an online order, please email sales@caribbeanbreeze.com with order number, email you used to purchase, and reason for replacement. We will also require the Lot/Exp date found on the product.

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges and no C.O.D deliveries will be accepted. We recommend using a traceable shipping method, such as USPS/UPS/FEDEX so you can retain the tracking number, for your records.
