Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
We hope you love every Caribbean Breeze product, but we understand that everyone’s taste is a little different.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot process returns or exchanges on our sun care products, unless the wrong item was shipped or the item is faulty. In order to process a replacement for an online order, please email email@example.com with order number, email you used to purchase, and reason for replacement. We will also require the Lot/Exp date found on the product.
Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges and no C.O.D deliveries will be accepted. We recommend using a traceable shipping method, such as USPS/UPS/FEDEX so you can retain the tracking number, for your records.
